Lot assignments are proposed and subject to UTA approval and the university's traffic plan. Every building has separate designated drop-off (D) and staging (S) locations, with staging immediately adjacent to the drop-off; staging moves to each building's loading dock once UTA confirms dock locations. Maverick uses the West Campus Parking Garage for both. Both zones run at the same time, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After unloading, cars continue to family parking (P). Positions are approximate pending UTA's lot map.

Staging area by floor, hour by hour

All five halls run at the same time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, floor by floor, top down. Self-movers get a dedicated 4:00–6:00 PM window after operations wrap.

Floor-by-floor counts are placeholder splits; UTA has not yet confirmed per-floor occupancy (open item #1 in the plan). Every hall works top-down: 4-floor halls run 2-hour arrival windows and 5-floor halls run 90-minute windows, so elevators do their hardest work early and U Storage movers can flex ground-floor deliveries to the stairs at the end of the day.
